License Agreement

Science for Medical Advocates, Inc. ("the Company") retains the absolute worldwide and perpetual rights to use the Personal Pelvic Viewers™ in public, to make photographs, portraits, videos, DVD’s, internet streaming video and any other digital or non-digital formats, whether now known or hereafter invented (the "Content"), and to market and sublicense the Content in any form, for all commercial purposes, and all public displays of said Content. Various embodiments of the Personal Pelvic Viewers are described in U.S. Patent No. 6,896,653 B1 and in U.S. Published Patent No. US 2005/0215858 A1 and customer may not use the inventions described therein in public or for commercial purposes without first obtaining a suitable Sublicense from the Company to these patents. By purchasing one or more Personal Pelvic Viewers, customer may solely use said devices for their own personal use, and customer may not use Content and/or any Personal Pelvic Viewer in public or for commercial purposes without first obtaining a Sublicense to do so from the Company. By visiting or purchasing access to this website, customer is not granted any rights to said Content in public or for commercial purposes. This License Agreement shall be interpreted by the laws in the State of Washington.
